Where should I start... This shop did everything wrong that could be done wrong. Shisha didn't smoke at all, it was said that I said other things on the phone, after repeated requests for new shisha or troubleshooting, hardly anything was changed. Myself and a colleague had to examine the shisha and were finally able to fix it, although that shouldn't be our job. Actually, that would be 0 stars for me. Really difficult if I set foot in this bar again

Very cool shisha bar, the atmosphere was very relaxed, great service and I found the shisha delicious. I liked the music very much, you could tell the staff are passionate about it, great.

Staff hardly ever on the move, sitting at tables with guests they know and not responding to calls - after a long wait - requests are not taken over directly. We waited 30 minutes for new coal, the two pipes we ordered were not smoked. The lounge itself is good, comfortable armchairs and a welcoming atmosphere.

Was recently with my friends in the bar and next to us sat girls who were happy because you didn't ask for their ID? !!!? Minors have no business there !!! Control even if they look older!

Open midday during the week! Even if you want to smoke a pipe during the lunch break, a quick visit is worthwhile, thanks to the fast service!

Really really bad and rude staff. Every time you go in you are not greeted when the ashtrays are full they are not emptied at the end of the day they not only turn the music off no the light you go immediately. Seldom experienced such bad service as in this shop ?
